Delivery Times
Online ordering is available within New Zealand only. Orders are typically dispatched the next working day. For customers in the North Island, delivery usually takes between two to four working days. For those in the South Island, delivery typically takes three to five working days. Rural deliveries may take longer, so please allow additional time. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, feel free to contact us.

Delivery Charges
Shipping costs range from $11.50 to $18 depending on your location within New Zealand. All charges shown on our website are indicative and may change from time to time. Final delivery costs will be confirmed once your order has been received.

Dispatch Schedule
We take pride in ensuring our products arrive in excellent condition. To avoid orders sitting in courier depots over the weekend, we do not dispatch South Island orders on Thursdays or Fridays, as delivery takes a minimum of two days. Similarly, North Island orders outside of Hawke’s Bay are not dispatched on Fridays. If you require urgent delivery during these days, we can send your order at your request and risk. Please note that Silky Oak accepts no responsibility for courier delays or failed weekend deliveries.
