Normal Delivery Times
Online ordering is only available within New Zealand. Delivery times depend on how and when you order. Normally, orders are dispatched the next working day. For North Island customers, this means you should receive your order within 2-4 working days. For South Island customers, this means you should receive your order within 3-5 working days. If you have not received your delivery within these time frames please email us or phone us on 06 845 0908.
Delivery Charges
$10 is our normal delivery cost inside New Zealand.  The charges quoted on our website are subject to change from time to time and relate to New Zealand only.
Online ordering is only available within New Zealand.   However we are very happy to also ship overseas.  We will confirm the cost of shipping with you on receipt of your order.  The product price will also be adjusted to remove the local service tax (GST of 15%).
We take great pride in our chocolate and wish to ensure they arrive in pristine condition; as such orders do not leave for delivery to the South Island on Thursday or Friday, as it takes a minimum of 2 days for delivery.  North Island deliveries (other than Hawke’s Bay) do not leave on Fridays for the same reason.  This way we can be sure that chocolates are not left in a courier depot over the weekend.  In the case of urgent deliveries being required, we will send chocolate on these days, but only at the risk and request of the customer.  Silky Oak Chocolates take no responsibility in the situation where there is failure by the courier company to deliver over a weekend.
Return and Refunds
It is our policy to replace or refund on damaged goods only.  If you have any concerns with any of our products please contact us.  Our aim is to please.

Dairy/Gluten Free

Whilst every care is taken, we cannot guarantee that our dark chocolate products are totally dairy or gluten free, as we have dairy and gluten products on the premises.
